Reading allows us to be transported from our own world to another. Between the pages of a book, we can become immersed in the lives of fictional characters and learn about a culture entirely different from our own. We can also learn new words and phrases, experience a range of emotions, and acquire skills and knowledge.

Because of the learning potential, the effects of reading on child development are vast and multiple studies have highlighted its benefits. The importance of reading for children cannot be underestimated. Reading for pleasure can benefit a child’s education, social and cognitive development, their mental health and their wellbeing.

Ingenium has formed the Reading Club to encourage all little readers to read more and more books and share their knowledge from those books. We also encourage our readers to share their books by either physically giving books to our club or converting their books in digital format and share with our team to upload in our Virtual Library which will enable other readers to access those digital books.

Recycling is good for the environment; in a sense, we are using old and waste products that are of no use and then converting them back to the same new products. Since we are saving resources and are sending less trash to the landfills, it helps in reducing air and water pollution.
